Information about the Bari University Campus
From The Central Train Station (walking)
From Piazza Moro take one of the passageways leading to Via Giuseppe Capruzzi; go left until you reach the Viale Unità d’Italia; continue straight on this avenue about 1000 meters; when reach the second traffic-light on the way turn left on Viale Giuseppe Di Vittorio; after about 300 meters you are at a traffic light; turn left and after 100 meters you reach the entrance of via Re David to the campus. 

From the Central Station, with public bus lines
From Piazza Moro, you can take the number 21 or 22 lines.
The 21, passing via P. Petroni, via Carulli, Piazza Luigi di Savoia, Capruzzi street, Via Lattanzio, via M. Cristina di Savoia, reach Via Re David where you can get off near the entrance of via Re David to the Campus (tip: ask the bus driver for the exact stop).

From the airport
From K. Wojtyla airport you can reach the Central Train Station using:
-  bus lines (http://pugliairbus.aeroportidipuglia.it/default.aspx);
-  direct train (http://treni.aeroportidipuglia.it/Default.aspx).

At airport is also possible to rent a car (http://biglietteria.aeroportidipuglia.it/Default.aspx).

Via the city ring road, by car
At exit 13A from the ring road (direction Bari-San Pasquale), you reach Via Amendola. After a large roundabout, at the first traffic light, turn left on Viale Einaudi, at the second traffic light turn right onto Via Salvemini, drive straight it for about 600 meters, after passing a traffic light you will find the entrance of via Orabona to the Campus.
Alternatively, at exit 13A from the ring road (direction Bari-San Pasquale), you reach Via Amendola. At the second traffic light, turn right and make a U-turn passing under the bridge. Back at the traffic lights and continue straight on Via Omodeo. After about 200 m, at the next traffic light, turn right on Via Salvemini; after 200 m you will find the entrance of via Orabona to the Campus.

 

 

The main entrances of the University Campus are two.

Entrance via Orabona
It is drivable by authorized vehicles only, while for cycles, motorcycles and pedestrians, there is no prohibition. It is open from 6:00 to 22:00.


Entrance via Re David
It is accessible only by walking and bicycles. This is the closest entrance to the conference venue, which is reachable walking straight after the entrance for about 100 meters.
